How long does it take for my products to ship? 

• We want to get products to you as fast as possible, but with each product being a hand-crafted, custom piece of art, it typically takes between 7-14 days before we ship your order.

Can I make a change after I have ordered the product?

• If you would like to make a change after you place your order, contact us as soon as possible. If we have already started crafting your custom order, we cannot make any changes.

What is your return policy?

• Our goal is to craft beautiful, durable, and custom products. If you have any concerns about the quality of your product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will do our best to make the situation right. If you have changed your mind about the product, we cannot return custom orders.

Do you take special requests for custom products not listed on your site?

• If you have a project idea that is not listed on our website, we might be able to make your vision a reality. Please get in touch with us to explain your vision and the details of your project, and we will do our best to make it happen.
